The one-time Pro unlock adds per-instrument profiles, dated maintenance and setup history, the guided setup walkthrough, intonation checker, and PDF setup-sheet export. Pro is never a subscription.

Use Restore Purchase on the Fretmancer Pro screen while signed in to the Apple ID or Google account that bought the unlock. The store checks the purchase and will not charge you again.

The tuner and intonation checker use the note you play to measure pitch. Audio is analyzed in memory and immediately discarded. It is never recorded or transmitted. The app asks for permission only when you start one of those tools.

Yes. Every free and Pro feature works without a network connection. All app data, including your instrument profiles and records, is stored locally on your device.

Fretmancer has no account, server, or cloud sync, so app data does not move between devices automatically. You can export individual setup records as PDFs for your own archive.

The figures come from published manufacturer documentation and make useful starting points. Your instrument may settle at a different number because string gauge, climate, fret condition, and playing style all affect the setup.

Fretmancer helps you measure, calculate, document, and follow a sensible setup order. Stop and speak to a qualified technician or luthier if you find structural damage, feel unsure about an adjustment, or cannot get the result you expect.
